We take back items under most circumstances and refund if advised first and within 48 hours of delivery.

We will refund if the wrong item has been sent or there has been damage in the post. This excludes tampered with or partly used items.
Refunds will be on an individual basis depending on the reason for the complaint.
We have never had a product return based on the quality or effectiveness of the products.
